We are excited to announce that Heroes Boots has has recently become an integral partner of our work in Zimbabwe. This partnership will see Heroes Boots gift its profits to our administration costs, assisting our goal that all donated monies will go  where they are needed most.

A bit of background:

In 2008 David Pocock began painting his football boots black and rejecting financial incentives to wear products as he realised that the manufacturing process was implicitly connected to sweatshop production. What he really desired was footwear (football boots and running shoes) and clothing that were manufactured ethically and he could wear as a player.  In 2011 Heroes Boots was born.

Heroes Boots is a social enterprise whose goal is to use its profits to assist charities endeavouring to bring change for those who are are restricted by poverty or face isolation and oppression. Not only is Heroes Boots an enterprise seeking to support charities but all its products are manufactured in workers co-ops or fair trade factories in a manner that is also fair for the workers and their families.

To begin this partnership, Heroes Boots has a imited supply of 'signed' copies of David Pocock's 'Openside' for sale. Your purchase will not only support the change Heroes Boots is trying to achieve, but also assist us. Please take a look at www.heroesboots.com
